Ascend, by a wooded road, the mountain El Taburete until reaching 452 meters of altitude, the highest point of the route. At the top there is a monument dedicated to Che Guevara and from this point you can see the southern plain of Artemisa Province up to the Gulf of Batabanó and on the opposite side the San Juan Valley where the Las Terrazas Community rises. Afterwards, you descend through a narrow path, until you reach the baths of the San Juan River, where you have lunch. Free time to swim in natural pools. The crystal clear waters that make up natural pools on the banks of the San Juan River, a reason to praise many visitors, complement the excursion.
